The award includes a $10,000 cash prize for each recipient, of which $5,000 is designated for the individual winning teacher. The remaining $5,000 is to be used for STEM related professional development, technology and/or classroom materials on the teacher's campus.

Application information

Only teachers from secondary campuses who are nominated by their principal are eligible to apply.

Nominated teachers send the completed grant application to their principal, who then submits both the application and a letter of recommendation to the foundation.
